Moderator abilities?

I hate to sound like a broken record, but I'm curious and I like to know before anything comes up.

On the phBB board, I know that the Mods could edit and/or delete posts, lock and/or move threads. Do we still have that ability on this format? If so, how do we access those abilities?

Moderators can edit/delete/merge posts, and can ban/unban users.

No, there were four...

But I'm really confused now. I went to the L13 forums and checked out some of the threads. I don't think I'm set up as a Moderator. There were none of the checkboxes and I didn't see any admin duties on the thread tools pulldown.

You had not been set up as moderator for L13 yet.

how do we access those abilities? You first have to extend your arms out and spin in a circle.
