You mentioned covered parking . . .are other cars in the garage also getting broken into? If so all of you should check with managment on what they are going to do about the problem. It is there problem and will become a bigger one for them if everyone moves out, word gets out that it isn't property safe, and no new tenants. - Have to remind them how it will effect them.
