 Hey all... I am selling my chocolate making equiptment. I haven't used the stuff for over two years and it is sitting on a shelf in its box gathering dust. The machine is Chocovision's Sinsation II which became the Revolation I. It can temper up to 1.5 pounds of chocolate at one time. I have an extra bowl and baffle. I also have extra equiptment such as:

thermometers
chocolate chipper (a big fork-like thingy)
scapers
truffle dippers
fruit dippers
cellophane bags and gold twist ties
decorative foils for wrapping
a large variety of chocolate molds

and, most importantly... the instructions.

I want to unload the whole caboodle. I thought that I would try here first before I put it on Ebay. If anyone is interested, I am asking for $150.00 for everything. Plus shipping if you live outside the NYC Tri-State area.

The machine alone cost me $500. Now they have come down to around $400. The extra baffle cost me $140.00. If you wanted even more equiptment like scappers (which are important and do wear out) the ones available on the website for the Revolation I still fit the Sinsation II. The Revolation is the same machine but sleeker.

This is for the at home chocolate maker who wants to take their chocolate making to the next level. I used this to make chocolates for weddings and some local fairs. I have never had a problem with it and it is still in very good shape. If anyone is interested, please send me a PM.

You can also see more about the machine at this website...

Thanks....:-D

LOL this may mean MORE wench cookies :)
I have an idea for an ILP (independant living program) for some teens in foster care. I'd like to teach them to make confections so they can sell them as a business venture. It helps the Queens Galley with another program and it helps a group of teens to stay off the streets and it helps people who have been asking for cookies that I have not had time to make! (sorry Sandy!)

I've PM'd Abigal about info... we'll see what we can work out.

OH! Then YAY! (Those cookies were scrummy. I'm all about improving opportunities and environments for at-risk youth, but it's all about me when it comes to cookies. LOL!!)
