Okay - I admit that I picked up the book because it's been turned into a movie with Ewan McGregor.
Has anybody else read this yet? (It's by Alexander Trocchi.) It's kind of outside the realm of what I typically read, but the story sounded fascinating. Kind of a murder mystery, without being anything like a murder mystery. (Never once thought to describe it as a murder mystery way while I was reading it.) I enjoyed it - I think - but I'm having a little bit of trouble getting it lay down nice and flat in my head. It was not at all what I expected it to be. And with so much of the book being internal dialouge, I can't wait to see how they did a film version. (But it'll be nice to look at. Steamy scenes with Ewan - yum.)
