Anyone heard or tried T-Tapping? It's an interesting exercise program that is supposed to work even for those of us with bad joints and spine.

I've read one of the books - "Fit and Fabulous in 15" by Teresa Tapp, and have gotten a set of tapes from eBay. I tried the first instructional tape this morning, and WOW does it work. By the end of it (only 30 minutes), I had worked up a good sweat, could feel how warm my muscles were, and was SHOCKED to realize that even though I had gotten a very good leg workout, my knees actually felt better than they did when I started (I walked at least 6 miles yesterday and had been limping around).

Wanted to see if anyone else has tried this system and if they've had good long-term results.

i havne't tried it. but i'll give it a look sometime. i'll need some exercise programs next year when i'm out of therapy for knee surgery. thanks for the tip
