I am ready to cry. I went round and round with the guy that is supposed to do the lawn maintenance at my place about spraying chemicals here. I even made sure that the management knew about the problem.

He went and sprayed a salt solution for the weeds. IN THE SAME SPRAYER HE USES FOR THE CHEMICALS!!!!!!!!! I know have itching and burning spots all over my body.

The man yelled at me. Was rude to me when I didn't move my loom that I am in the process of cleaning to suit him. (Did I mention he buggered up the heddles for it?) I have mowed the lawn and pulled the weeds here more than him. And he has been getting paid by the property owners for my work.

I have called and left a voice mail for the property management company. I told them that this man is not do the lawn care here. I do not want him on the property. What really sucks is he lives across the street from me.

A written complaint will be faxed into the management company tonite.

Does anyone else have any suggestions? I don't need this bs.

I leave in about an hour for the doctor's office. I feel like a truck has run over me.... repeatedly.

I am hoping to catch the property manager before I go down the mountain. I will not have a repeat of this.

Let you know what the doctor says.

Definitely get a note from your doctor about this-- tell him or her to be as graphic and detailed as possible. I'm betting this guy thinks you're faking it. If it continues, tell your management company they're looking at a lawsuit, because they most definitely are.

What a putz. I'm so sorry!

I got the note from my doctor. And I am currently taking prednisone for the itching and burning. (The burning is pretty much gone, and the itching is down to a dull roar. ) I am having to slather on anti-itch creme (arms, legs, & face. And er a few other places.:sigh: Triple anti-biotic on open sores that the exposure caused on the back of my neck. And this was a light exposure..

I got the letter to the management company who forwarded a copy to the owners. The letter was then placed in my file so no one will do this again.

And to make things even better. I got as phone call this evening after I got home from the high school. ::yay:: ::yay:: ::yay:: ::yay:: ::yay:: ::yay:: ::yay::

As of tonight, I will be doing the lawn care here. The guy was terminated by the owner. He should be getting the phone call this evening.

I will be flooding the graveled areas out even more tomorrow. I won't have to tolerate his behavior now. Since he was terminated, I can call the police.

That wasn't even mentioned. I figured I was just going to go wild with the water this summer since it is also included in the rent.

Besides, I would rather have the heddles replaced. I have the feeling that it is going to be an issue. I finally get a loom and asshat buggers up the heddles big time.
