Kewl!Kewl! survey!
I loved the results. I would have cast a vote for the rogue...but, I haven't kissed any rogues (other than the targets on wenchwalk)at faire as I am unsure which ones would allow it and which ones are single! I am rather a shy little wench at faire because I don't really know anyone personally who attends. I have been attending faire for more than 15 years and most of those in garb...but, I am a solitary. If you see me running around Bristol or at the walks I'd love it if you invited me to tag along with you and we hoisted a few Leinie's or a glass of meade! Introducing me to a few single rogues would not be discouraged.....

OK... I SEW garb, more garb, and even more garb. This winter's project is to make my 'lizabethan. Of course, winter is half done and it's still not started... getting seperated and moving out will KILL your garb schedule if you let it. ;)
I'm learning how to crochet... and I have an urge to try my hand at blackwork. We'll see how far we get on that. ;)
Hmmm.... and I ALWAYS have my eyes open for a cute rogue to smooch. Especially now that I'm pseudo-single. :haloslip:

Maybe it's just me but it seems like quite a few relationships are biting the dust this winter.

It's a season of change!
Dunno 'bout everyone else, but I'm suddenly getting the feeling that this is going to be a VERY interesting year.
Or maybe I'm just experiencing false optimism. In that case, perhaps I should just lie down til it goes away.

My honest reply would have to be "Sew garb, garb and more garb!"
I'm taking it easy this season though, only 2 new gowns will be added to my closet this year. OK, and possibly a new skirt. Maybe a shirt too or a partlet. Hmm, I do need a new hat.... :D

I love these polls! It seems like most folks are plotting faires or making garb. Well, besides working. It looks like we need a poll to determine who is the biggest garb whore. I wish I could think up the right questions. Who will be the Heidi among us? Ah Heidi, super 'nasty bitch'. May she get a yeast infection from her bread luggage.

Well, other than work I have been doing A Lot of theatre, no wait, that is work for me. Okay I have been going to school, but that is where I work.... Hmmmm..... this is complicated.
I have been planning my new garb for this year, and which Faires I will get to attend. Though it might not be many. :(

I agree with you, Bonnie! I think this year is going to be VERY interesting. I, for one, am moving over 1500 miles, becoming a wench, getting my husband in line, and cleaning out the junk in my house.

I for one am looking forward to the Ankle Goddess coming home...It should be interseting. Oh gosh... we are just going to have to get a bigger car to handle the clothes and the people darn... "Shane dear time to get that second bed job... I know that you are worth it."
Well, so far I have put together 2 skirts (not hemmed yet, though), and have material for 2 chemises. I got a killer deal on material for my cloak I'm planning..... heavy cotton woven ($1.96/yard...40%off!!) and flannel lining ($3.99/yd, had 50% off coupon!). So I will get my cloak for about $25. Now all I have to do is get it started; I'm sure that I will be yelling for help at some point!
As for kissing rogues....I'm sure we could find some volunteers somewhere.....

myself and some friends have decided to shoot for Pennsic 2004, since we're in Washington state and we all just moved here and some of us are unemployed it seemed like a more realistic goal...
i've been dying to go for years! and now i have an actual goal! yay!
*kicking herself for not going when she lived in Jersey*
Well, you all had better let me know when you're arriving for Pennsic, I live about 15 miles from the site!! Would love to meet some more of you guys!
