Okay so I STILL dont have my schedule for next week yet. Will be talking to manager about this next time I work with her. (I ahve thre people graciously watching my child for free. Two of the three are starting to get pissed off with the lack of notice.)

I had to call someone to cover my shift today since Reilly is sick. 100 degree temp, slight cough....slightly iritable and sleepy as all hell. Since no one could watch him today, and anyone that possibly COULD has kids...rather infectious as my assistant manager put it. GOod news is, since I got the shift covered it doesnt count against me. Just means I miss out on hours.

And have you ever baked a cake just to like the spoons?

I have.yum!

To hell with just the spoons ...
Whenever I bake a dessert i have to leave like at least a quart cup of mix in the bowl and then eat it with a spatula ...;-)

What about the frosting?

Haven't you just eaten it out of the tub on occasion and then said "Screw the cake" and went out the next day to get frosting for the cake....

After I had posted about the frosting, I had to get some from the fridge. Friggin' PMS gives me wicked chocolate cravings..... :)

Aye....similarly, the best part of baking chocolate chip cookies is the cookie dough.

I usually plan on enough to feed me til my gut aches AND enough to make the cookies.

Belladonna and Bonnie are two women after me own heart!
I too make things just for the batter/dough. ever try making lemon or lemon poppy sedd bread/muffins?

Makes for a yummy battery/doughy snack!
