6 ServingsChickenItalianLow Fat Bake Chicken Main Dish 1/3 cup Panko 2 tablespoons Parmesan grated; divided2 tablespoons Buttermilk powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon pepper 6 Boneless and skinless chicken breast halves Dijonnaise olive oil spray 24 ounces Spaghetti sauce 1 jar Mushrooms sliced3/4 cup mozzarella cheese part skim milk shreddedPreheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine first 6 ingredients (1 tablespoon of Parmesan) in a shallow dish. Spread Dijonnaise on each chicken breast and push down in Panko mixture; turning to completely coat. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until crisp. Mix spaghetti sauce with a 4 ounce jar of sliced mushrooms and pour over chicken.
