*hugs Pansy* Absolutely I will come further North, but as you can tell, I was not given much of a notice on this trip!! :unamused: No favors made, not enough Loki to go around, etc........ :sigh::?

Starting now, I am making plans, hopefully, with my shipmates in tow, for NYRF next Labor Day weekend, *keeping fingers crossed, and starting to collect my spare change now. :) * ::pray:: * :pokepoke:, me poking Seamus to give me his change for the next years trip, lol*

I would love to see you there, but on the flip side of that coin, we are planning a St Pattys Day Invasion here at BARF in 2008, you would be most definitely welcome to come here.

Please check out the Renaissance Festival Forum, www.renaissancefestival.com (http://www.renaissancefestival.com) , and go to the U. S. South and check out the BARF 2008 thread. Hell, girl, check out the whole forum, we have a wonderful family there, you would be most welcome there also.

There is a CT forum there also, I have been on that thread as well, and have posted a few comments, and have been very well received.

Well, I have a privy council meeting to prepare for, and clorine to get for the pool, so I must vamoose,

see ya!!!

I try to avoid NYRF on Labor Day - waaaaaaaay too many people, but id I kow you're coming I'l make an exception and meet you there. St Pat's in FL sounds like a doable thing in 2008. I will certainly look into it and let you know. I'm in the middle of my faire season here and will send out your lipsticks as soon as I get myself together.

hugz - see you soon

Hi Lady Red:

'm new to your (our) area and recently moved from Minnesota. Dying to get back in the bodice again and always looking for a new Faire to dress up for...preferably ones I can bring my (Grey)hound along to. I'm in Jacksonville and have heard Lady Lake is good...probably going first week in Nov. Please advise.

Thanks,

Samantha/grygrrl

Hello and welcome to our area grygrrl.

The home faire for this local is Barf, Bay Area Renaissance Festival. They do allow pets at the faire for a 10.00 fee per animal. The website is http://www.renaissancefest.com/bay-area.htm.

I shall be in attendence at Lady Of the Lakes on the first Saturday, not sure of their animal policy . The website info for them is http://www.medievalfest.com/.

*moves next to her guard, smiling*

Welcome my friend, and I am glad you are here, and available to be my Guard at Faire this year, and for as many years as you can be.

I am truly honoured, and very proud to have you by my side, as you are a very sturdy companion and can easily clear any path for me.

I would also like to thank the guild mistress for approving Capn Scorpio Sam to be here on the IWG, it is very nice to have my Guard here with me.

Huzzah!!!!!
