Seems like we have a total green light on this, so Bonnie and I have been bashing our heads together to try and get some stuff lined up for this year. So far, this is the deal...
The hostel will be hosted by the Hanseatic League, a historic re-enactment group. They have graciously donated 1/2 a tent to our storage causes. We'll have a place for visiting and local wenches to meet, gather, chat, use as a gathering point, rest, refresh the makeup, etc.
We'd like to get the hostel stocked to meet any wenchly needs that may arise. To that end, we've created a list of what we consider mandatory supplies. You may consider this our official plea for donations of stuff to the hostel. :)
Here's the supply list. If you're interested in bringing something, please post what you're going to donate and when you'll be at FLaRF. That way we won't duplicate some things while skipping others.

water/ice cooler
bottles of water
first aid supplies
shelves
tissues
toilet paper
sewing kit
safety pins
hair bands
lanterns/flashlights
batteries (various kinds)
wet wipes
covered baskets
plastic stoarage bins
spare ribbon for bodice lacings
bobby pins
scratch paper and pens
trash receptacle
lighter
blankets
spare wood bowls, spare eating utensils, drinking mugs
tea bags
sunscreen
a bottle of lemon juice to make the water stop tasting like water...
If, of course, you just want to donate some cash to us to get some stuff, we'll love you forever. :) You can send any monetary donations via paypal to: [email protected], until such time as we have an official bookkeeper, anyway.
