Name for the Hostel

Good morrow Ladies,

Just a quick update to let you know we are one step closer to obtaining a Hostel at Scarborough Faire. Our “Needs Assessment” has been organized, according to the results of the survey that Mary sent out, and our proposal to the vendors will be completed and sent out this week for their approval.

Now, what we need is a name for the Hostel that we can all be proud of and stand behind. This will be our home at faire and as such we want a name that reflects the character of the Local 13 wenches. Once the names have been received, we will then conduct a vote for the best choice. So lets get motivated and start submitting some ideas.

I do believe a concensus has been reached for the official hostel name and colors.

I know that yellow and blue won hands down on the poll conducted through the TXIWG yahoo group.

So Yellow and Blue it is.

As far as I can tell by all the posts on these boards and on the TXIWG board, everyone was comfortable with "House of the Yellow Rose".

Please correct me if I am wrong, it has been a long week.

I will also have the official Scarborough hostel location posted by the end of the week as things are finalized and put into hard copy.
