summer faires

where are the good faires during the summer? Im in texas, and once scarby is done, the season is done :cry:

I know it is short notice but that is the only one I can think of off the top of my head. If you make it look up the Local 96 wenches. I won't be there but I am sure they would give you a warm hello.

Nothing in the immediate area (OK, TX) that I know of until October...
KCRF maybe? We're headed there for Labor Day.
Just too hot I guess for summer faires in the Texas area... *sigh*

I want 4 REAL seasons!

i would love to go to ashville, i have family there, but i cant get there and back in a weekend...just phsyically impossible

next year when i dont have school it is very posible and likely though

115 degrees isnt that hot...KCRF is on the plan...and then tablerock in Salado, tx, then TRF starts...

Just an FYI for those who do have the time and finances to allow for alot of travelling;

There are faires in Wentzville, Mo (going on now, will wrap up 1st weekend of June)
Sedalia, Mo (June 12 &13)
Council Bluffs, Ia (Junes 11-13)

Magdalene - You wouldn't know how one could contact the Entertainment Director for Colorado Ren Fest, would ya?

So far I'm going to Colorado sometime in June or July. Flying to Sterling in July, driving to PA for Labor Day. Haven't decided about anyplace else yet.
