Well, I've stopped going to Curves, and stayed stable on the weight. My Merc's weight started creeping up, and I was 10 pounds heavier than goal (even if it was stable, it wasn't where I wanted to be) so we went back to Phase 1 for a week.
I'm at 150. :shock: I haven't been at 150 since college--undergrad. I'm 5 from my goal. :bananada:
Now to get toned again...

Thanks. :) I started this trip in November and 25 pounds ago, so I'm pretty excited. Now to get my butt in gear and moving again.
