GLMF - anyone heading there for Invasion Weekend?

I don't know if we're going on Saturday (July 24) or Sunday (July 25), but I do know that we'll be there sometime that weekend. It'll be our very first faire, and we're even taking the kids along, so it should be very interesting! Will anyone else be there that weekend?

Well, we *were* there... but I hadn't found my way back to the forums yet, so I didn't see your post beforehand...

My hubby and I will be there with two greyhounds this week, and with our third baby on final weekend. :)

We went and had tons of fun! If you saw a pirate man, lady in a gold gown with ruby jewels (me!), 2 pirate boys, a little girl in a burgundy gown and ruby jewels, and a 3 year old Viking, that would have been us! Of course, we didn't get to see everything and it would have been nice to go back, but we're leaving for a 10 day vacation late tonight, so we'll have to wait for next year. We'll probably hit ORF the weekend of Oct 2nd though...can't wait!
