I liked the events from last year and wouldn't have a problem with keeping any of them.

I don't think we did a 'how many items can you stash in your bodice' type thing, though....that might be worth a giggle....

Going out on a limb here, but every summer we had a famdamily reunion Half of us are Irish and the other half not. Here is the game we play that seems to get the most laughs and most raised eyebrows from innocent bystanders. We call it "Cock-Kneed Croquet" but it somehow became "Balls and Melons"

Take a softball and slide it down to the toe of a pair of nylons. Tie it around your waist with the "ball" hanging between your legs. It should hang mid shin so you get good schwing action when you dip and grind to get it moving. (everyone got that visual). Place a cantelope melon on the ground and try to be the first to "Croquet" the melon either thru a set course or just across a designated line. We have done it as a relay race too. One year we had the women do the croquet leg and the men finish while running back carring two watermelons. Which is the year it became christened Balls and Melons.

Not very 'wenchly' for starters...also, there's no really good physical space to do such a thing and I think it would take too long to do.

Another option: tray balancing - one handed. As ppl add to or take away from the tray would be another facet available.

Kind of degrading, I know, but it was very funny! Don't know how you would work that at faire, but figured I would offer it up.

Why don't you do sort of a wench scavenger hunt? Have the wenches look for oddball, inexpensive items. One of the items could be a scrap piece of leather, or a rose, or the best looking man they can find who is not a rennie and is willing to play, etc.

How about something like a take-off on the Dating Game? One wench, three Rogues, 5 questions? (only 5 questions, to make it move along quckly) I'm SURE you can all think of suggestive questions to ask Rogues :twisted:
