Team Wench Illinois and the 2005 MS Walk

Local 34.5 (along with the rogues, mercs, privateers, and himbo following along!) is currently fundraising for the 2005 MS Walk with the Greater Illinois Chapter of the National MS Society! We'll be walking on May 1, but will be fundraising as long as they will let us. Donations are always helpful, but we're also looking to add as many people to our team as possible! Awesome! I'll be walking (waddling?) in the one in Annapolis this year, or manning a table at the finish line to promote MSFB.

Wow! Your little one will be able to say she/he walked the MS Walk before she/he was born!

I'm hoping to have a good group of walkers this year, plus a number of virtual walkers and even volunteers! I'm hoping we will walk in garb this year, and I'm sure at least some of us die-hards will, even if it's not a unanimous thing!

I'm just hoping it warms up soon, as I want to do some canning either downtown or closer to home, but it's too cold for that right now!

Could you use a Wench cheerleader from afar with MS? :) I'd love to send you some notes of encouragement before the walk and possibly some goodies. If so, please PM me your contact info. :)

We'd love to have cheerleaders, virtual walkers, and volunteers!

It's another team week! Running April 4-11. We're hoping to get many more team members (including virtual walkers, volunteers, and cheerleaders) and donations this week (every little bit will go a long way)!

You can even make a small donation for your own personal goal or for another team member at the same time! It's quick and easy and relatively painless!
