Need lyrics to a song

Dear goodness, this has been haunting me for the last three days and my memory has copped out on me.

It was written in the 40's-50's-60's.
I thought it was by Doris Day, not sure anymore.

Some spotty lyrics:
"One fine day" or "One beautiful day"
"Until then"
"Tell all my friends I won't be long"

It's a melancholy song about temporarily leaving a friends company, a "see you later until we meet again" song. For some reason the words, "sunshine and blue" come to mind when thinking of this song.

Anybody know it?

No. Neither one. Nothing about dying.

It's an older song. A similar song in context is "Happy Trails" by Dale Evans.

Also I keep seeing a picture of a sunrise. Or sunset.
