I will be at BARF all season, and plan on being at Ft. Myers next weekend for at least one day!

Yes there is! It's at http://www.faires.com, which is Mike Bonk's Directorie of Faires.

Tampa Bay Area.. It runs weekends from March 8th till April 13th. There is no onsite camping for this festival, and good luch finding anything off site, they are pretty packed!

Can anyone point me to a website for BARF? I will be in the area valentine's day weekend visiting the in-laws. My MIL is pretty sweet and is always looking for something to do with the grandchild. If she only knew what a renrat my 3-year-old has become. BARFing beats the hell out of bush gardens or tarpon springs any day.

Technically, it still hasn't been canceled for this year. But I can't imagine being able to pull a show off with three weeks notice to vendors and cast alike.

But yes it is two years in a row, and who knows if it will ever be back.

That's a shame, that it be left to die a death of attrition. Man, that show changed my life. If I hadn't been there, I most certainly wouldn't be here. As a Wench, I mean. And oh, the boys I kissed there. Though part of me reeeeally wants to know what I ever saw in Ron Bauman. :?

Well, Tia, as you know, I WILL be at FLaRF the whole run...and I'm planning on one day at Vizcaya, one weekend in Largo, and at LEAST one weekend at Live Oak. But then, it's in my sigline, so I'm only posting to get the credit for answering the question. :) Any wenches hitting any Fla shows, post the dates, and we'll see if we can't meet!

I'll be down to BARF a few times this year as well as (more then likly) Live Oak and the one in Gainsville!

Not sure on the weekends yet, but it'll probably be either the opening weekend of BARF.

Anyone going to the new one in Homestead? I think it's the Redlands Renaissance Faire.

I'll be at S.FLARF on Feb 22nd and possibly the 23rd (provided I can fish out enough money for hotel costs!).

Better yet, I'm not completely familiar with the area of S.FLARF considering I never drove (always hitched rides with friends). Can anyone point me to a camp ground or such in that area? That'd be MUCH less painful on my wallet and anyone know good hotels in the area? :D

if you trot straight across the meadow, past the Bocci Court and the Maze on your right, and the Joust field to your left, you'll find the Adrian Empire, where resides the lovely Sherry Wench. Right next door to Adria is the Hanseatic League, where you can usually find me, or at least find out where I'm headed.
