I was bitten by a dog below and behind my right knee.

The little S.O.B. broke the skin... through jeans.

Yup. Suckadelic, baby. You have my sympathies-- but you knew that.

Love you.

Thank you all.

I do know the owner. He is the drummer in my redhead's band.

I am told the dog's shots are current. :?

Lucky me, I had a tetanus shot today. Now MY shots are current.

Office visit = $15.00 copay.
Antibiotics = $10.00 copay.
Handing the drummer the bill = priceless.
 :?
I have a warped sense of humor.

did I mention that the dog bit someone else last weekend?

I know how I feel about MY pets, I will not force the issue, but I believe the dog ought to be put down... consider for a moment that the singer's 11 month old son was there as well... Not a pleasant thought.

It broke the skin in three places and the purple/black bruise is about the size of my hand.

Report the dog bite. Generally, a dog gets three bites and then is destroyed. What if it's a little kid next time?

I'm not forcing the issue with the dog's owner. He has stated the dog will be confined when there are any visitors to the house. I also suggest the dog be more supervised when outside (he has a chain off the porch).

That's just freakin' wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe that they would put their child at that much risk. Ask the idiot...um...........owner to think about the wounds you received and then picture them on an 11 month old baby. It would cover a good portion of the child's body!! And, I don't think babies that young can get a tetanus shot.

What a dickwad.................

If the dog had bitten the baby, we would not be talking about what to do about the dog. The baby's mother would have kicked the dog to death on the spot.

Anyway. Good news! Thus far the bite is not infected! yay.
