If you want to have someone wenched on a Saturday (thats when we have walks), please talk to Carlene Before 12:00 and tell her where the target will be so that the walk can steer that way.
If there is some reason that you want to have someone wenched on a day or at a time that walks are not taking place, please do the following:
1.Let us know before the preceeding Thursday night. You can do so by posting here, sending a PM, or sending an email to [email protected] and/or [email protected] We can announce it on here, do some emailing, and announce it at the Walk. If you come to me, Avhi or Carlene same day or even same weekend, we can't make any promises. We will be better able to help if we don't have at least 2 days warning before the faire opens for the weekend. See #2.
2. Find wenches to participate. All 3 of us work at booths. We can't be responsible for running around and finding wenches who are willing to don the lipstick last minute. This applies especially if you want to do an "emergency wenching"
BIG NOTE: You CAN organize your own last-minute/same day/same weekend wenchings, but DO NOT do this without first speaking to Avhi, Carlene, or myself. You can find the wenches, set the time, set the place, but make sure that at least one of us knows it is going to happen. This is a big one.
