not to be a nudge, BUT i joined the guild officially on 9/5/05 at the NYRF. i am wench #3192. i got my pin a few kissy cards, and was told that i would have my wench books and certificate in about 3-4 weeks, well NYRF closed and then i understood that lars was into the forrest of terror thing big time, so i gave it more time and well to tell you the truth it's been 9 weeks andi haven't gotten my stuff BUT keep reading about other wench's getting theirs. um - so my question is WHEN DO I GET THE REST OF MY STUFF!!! sorry should use my inside voice.

i have tried to find lars' email to get an answer, but to no avail. can anyone help? if lars or any of his minions see this post - my reciept (right here in front of me) is #660740, dated 9/5/05. there is a note at the bottom stating to mail book, ID and certificate. now, i also understand that the book may be going into print but a little note or the rest of my stuff would be nice. at least send what you have, so i don't feel like all you wanted was my money. i feel like half a wench.

ok - i'm sorry. but i had to have my say. i'll be quiet now and sit and wait patiently.

I am sorry to hear that you've "fallen through the cracks" as it were. Actually you can read much of the Little Brown Book's information on the website, and although the recipes and notes are cute and all, I find that being out as a wench at a Faire (or just whenever I feel like it) is much more satisfying. But you are right in that you should get the whole packet.

I would try reaching Lars directly. Don't be discouraged if it takes a couple of messages (give him all the information you posted above), but don't worry, you'll get the rest of your packet.
