Could someone please PM me info on this chapter? I chatted with a few liscensed wenches at the Marshall Mayfaire this weekend (sorry, I didn't catch their names) and am intrigued. I found a Local 57 website but it looks like it hasn't been updated in a very looooong time.

Jules- I do remember seeing you! I have to know if the Merry Widow made her own gown. It is quite impressive!

She did indeed, and if you think that is amazing you should see some of her others.
She has talents i could only wish to have with a needle

Whoo Hoo! So glad to see you gals have got my back. 8-)
I've not had the kind of time lately that permits me to drop by here as often as I should. Glad to see you 'Scouts' are always prepared--ummmprepared to do WHAT exactly, I'm almost afraid to ask.
Anyhoooo.....
Sealion, I'm glad to see your interest in our local!
As you've noticed, we've got many fabulous members who are outgoing and friendly. I'm sure you got some valuable info from those who posted here and PM'd you, so I won't need to post a lot here....
I will say that this year is our local's 7 year anniversary--and I think we're all getting the 'Seven Year Itch." So I think this season is going to be BIGGER, BETTER, FASTER and MORE fun than ever.
Whether you decide to 'take the veil' and join us or just visit, I look forward to carousing, capering, partying and roving with you!

She can lick her eyeballs...oh wait.. I think I read that wrong.
Just think how popular I'd be if I really could lick my own eyeballs. ::whistle::
Actually, it should be 'lick your eyelids.' Your eyes close by reflex when something approaches your face... so really, it'd be pretty hard to lick someone's eyeball unless I held their eyelid open. ::tinfoil:
Lets just say the sensation is like a 'wet willie' but a tad worse. You can thank my mom for teaching me that bit of disgustipation.
um....I thought I'd just explain it before someone out there got the notion that I was some wierdo.

Yup, the tag line on my email reads: "Why be normal when you can be yourself."
It was said by a guy who had about 15 years of belly button lint stashed in small glass jars.

Ah, you are so right, my dear! Boring indeed!
I mean, heck, SOMEBODY out there besides Mags has to lust after David Thewlis' skinny bum...
and someone besides Sarah has to worship Gerard Depardieu's hairy behind...
Yessiree, it takes all kinds of Wenches to make the world go round. ::whistle::

Ahem!
I don't suppose you two have noticed that I'm not quite dead yet?
In fact, I feel pretty good. yep...think I'll go for a walk....
I'm a tough wench, yanno.
It'll take more than the mere mention of the fiendish 'butt cracks of doom' and a slashy sketch to make me keel over with a spork in my head.
yup. WAY more than that. what don't keel ya, makes ya stronger.

wait... you're NOT dead yet? awww man!!
WE should spork you for that really bad pun, by the way.
Besides, look at it this way - we love you so much, that we want to keep a part of you with us, always. And, according to Mags, you're the kind of friend who'd give someone the clothes off of her back if they needed it.
Not that I'd need it - you're too short. :smooch:

Aw shucks! I lurve you too! Heck, I'd even let you cut in the Line for the Captian after me if you asked. Nuthin's too good for my sisters. ;-)

I would indeed....though if Mags were wearin my clothes we'd have to dig a bit to find her in there.

Don't worry, Margaret, I'm not put off by the silliness and teasing.:-D
I do, however, have a question. I am getting the impression that most of the wenches are single. I will be celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary this summer. In fact spending the money to enjoy the faire together is our anniversary gift to each other.(I'll have to come up with another excuse for next year. ) I wonder if being happily married will make it hard for me to fit in?
Margaret
06-08-2006, 11:59 AM
Oh no. Hubby and I will be celebrating our 12th anniversary in October. Many of the Wenches in our Local are married.
Just because you wed does not mean you stop being a Wench. ;-)

Oh, HECK no! Like Maggie says, just because you have a rogue of your own at your side doesn't mean you can't be a WENCH.
And CONGRATS to you on your big TWO FIVE! He must be a great guy if you've kept him around for this long. 8-) Must be twoo wuv!
