Is that what they meant by Big Mac Attack?::curtain: LOL seriously though what in the hell is wrong with people? I see that all the time anywhere you go, grocery stores, department stores, fast food etc. if the line gets too huge another register opens up and usually unless the new cashier specifies "next in line please" everyone from the back of the line heads to the front of the next one. So maybe they get their stuff 5 mins. faster, where's the fire?

As a former McD's employee.... trust me folks, the food is not all that great that you need to run people down with your car. I mean, for crying out loud!!! It's McDonalds...not the $100million lottery!

I'd never do this, no way... But it bugs me sooooooo much when people cut in front of me. Fine, I might be on line for another 30 secons, but those are MY 30 seconds!

But yea, what the hell is wrong with people? It's like road rage? Why do we get so angry?

The woman is being sought by police on charges of aggravated assault.

That's it??? Why not attempted murder? I'd think intent is pretty easily proved by the fact that the perp was heard making death threats by witnesses before she went off to lie in wait in her car.

My guess is it's only aggravated assault *because* she only hit them. As opposed to mowing them down.

Stupid, I know. But per how the laws are written, that's what it falls under.

dunno Tink. there was a officer involved shooting here last year. a guy had stolen a motorcycle, and drove the bike at the officer. Court ruling??? that the officer was justifed in this shooting has the motorcycle had become a deadly weapon.

It's consider aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
If they don't get her in Criminal court, she will get got in civil court.
