Faire Withdrawal Party in December?

OK, like I said in the "Looking for Cemetaries in Dedham" thread here, with this much advance notice, I have ways of making things happen that I want to have happen. To that end...

I have confirmed vacation time from, well, whenever they let us leave the office on December 24 (and this being a law firm, they could well hold us right up to 5:00 :grumpy: ) until I have to be back in here on Monday, January 5. I fully intend to spend some of it out in your area digging up my ancestors (anyone got a lead on a jackhammer I could rent? :wink: ).

Last I heard, the FWP was being thought of for December 27. Which is why I scheduled the vacation for this time frame.

This gonna happen? Because I'm comin' out there, ready or not! :twisted:

I don't know anyone by sight (except for the avatars here), I have only the vaguest idea of where I'm going, but by the gods, I'm going! I must be out of my tiny little mind... :lol:

Yes, I'm still planning on the FWP to happen on December 27th. I am so happy that you will be out here for it. I'm going to start contacting some places in Salem about doing tours of different museums (I do highly recommend the Pirate Museum - it rocks!!!).

Keep us posted--I'll actually still BE in Salem this winter so I can participate this year! :-) Also, three of my boy's amigos work at the Pirate Museum, if that could be of any help? I wasn't sure if they stay open all winter, a lot of places up here shut down after Halloween.

Turns out I won't be out there after all. That's because I have to afford to go to Florida RF South in February. Contracts are on their way to me. They're paying us, so I have to use what little funding I have to get there.

Don't worry about it, love! Yes, there is always next year. I figured that this year's gathering would be to go to Medieval Manor in Boston for the night and then maybe go to a bar afterwards.
