Thank you SOOO much buxom!

I used to make these cookies all the time when I was a kid- it came in a cookbook I had bought through a school book sale, and these were my family's favorite. I was sad when we moved and the book was lost....

I can't wait to introduce these to my kidlets!:-D

This is the recipe we use at the cafe' where I work.
The dough has a very silky texture to it.
The cookies come out crisp on the outside, tender on the inside.

Pure cookie bliss...::cloud9::

I've still never had a Snicker Doodle. Now, I think, I have no more excuses...

If I didn't have class all damn day, I'd stay home and bake these and pumpkin spice bread. But alas, it'll have to wait until tonight. I WILL be making these though...

I will! And since class is cancelled today ( ::yay::::yay::::yay::::yay:: ) i'll be baking up a storm! Really couldn't come on a better day. It's about 35 degrees out and with tomorrow being turkey day, I'm a little behind as it is.

Thanks, Bux, for the great recipes as of late. I'll share my yummy pumpkin bread in a new thread. Okay, it's not mine, but I'll give credit where credit is due... lol
