from the state of California for polluting states east of them with the smoke filled air with their annual wild fires. You would think that having this happen year after year, they would have done something to try and prevent these fires. Now, once again, the states east of California now have to suffer through the smoky haze brought about by their negligence and inaction. They should also have to pay for the environmental damage that they’re doing. The pollution of their fires is just adding to the climate change making things even worse. And it is so hypocritical for the residents of California to blame everyone else around the globe for their contributions to the climate change but remain absolutely silent over their own contributions.
If California was so interested in improving the environment, then they would ban all smoking (oops did that already, and what a impact it has had). Actually they should ban all privately owned vehicles. Everyone can use a skateboard, a uni, bi, or human powered tricycles, or skates/rollerblades as a means of transportation. ONLY the first responders will be allowed to operate motorized vehicles, provided that they operate on used oil.
