Hello everyone...
After running this by Ysobelle and Betty....I'm letting everyone know that we'll be starting a wench photo album/scrapbook to be housed at the hostel during Faire season.
As acting Local 9 archivist, I'm looking for information on all the wenches who are in/or feel they belong to Local 9. I'll be posting this info to the Musettes yahoogroup as well and I hope to get people to voluntarily supply information...or I will hunt you down!!!
What will be in our album?
General IWG info; the history of Local 9; pics/info of our fearless leaders; a separate page for each wench including her photo (so we know what you look like when you come to visit) and some personal (but not too personal) info about you; pictures from wench walks/roguings and general mayhem; general pics from PARF; pics showing Local 9 wenches at other Faires; pics of our dearest rogues..etc...etc...etc
Betty will keep the album so when you stop by the garden for a chat and a rest you can pull it out and browse around.
Scott, our dearest birthday boy, has been nice enough to agree to share his photos with me...but I need more!!!! (Don't we all.)
If you have any photos or other items you'd like included..either drop them by the hostel---in some sort of envy or bag with my name on it-- or email me at SMKeeperofwords@aol.com to work out details. Digital files are fine and easy to work with. If you have one of a kind photos you want back, I can scan them and return them to you.
Plus if you have ideas on what you'd like to see in the album, let me know. This will be an ongoing project as time goes on and it'll be a great way to track our guild's history.
