If you would like to lose inches you should look into T-TAPP.
I was doing it for awhile and it was really working.

I wish I understood it well enough to explain the chemical/physical reactions that your body goes through. The best way I can put it is....it is alot of streaching and moving. When I'm done I am covered in sweat. The funny thing is that I can walk 6 miles at a fast pace and when I'm done I'm not sweating at all.
I hope this helps.
I learned about T-Tapp from a girl in my fitness meetup group and it has done wonders for her.

I have a set of the workout tapes myself. I really liked how they showed the different body types for both men and women, so you can measure yourself and have a better image of yourself at your goal size. I'm never going to be a super model as I don't have a long torso and long legs, but that doesn't mean I can't get fit to my potential!
It uses your own body weight and musculature to work different muscle groups no matter what position you are in. Although it's posted as non-impact because you aren't jumping up and down on your joints, it does use some lunge and bent knee positions, which took some time for me to be strong enough to keep up during those segments.
