Texas Faire

Myself and 5 others will be at the Texas Faire, Nov. 2nd and 3rd. So anyone one down there, please feel free to stop by and say hello. Here is a picture of three of us, so we should be easy to spot.

There is currently no official local Texas madame. Ivy aka Mistress Elizagoth was appointed a number of years ago until local elections could be held - they never were. There are a group of wenches including Kae, Nevada and Isabelle who are working on holding elections and essentially reviving the local - but they've been waiting on word from national leadership.

Another challenge for Texas is the size of the "local." Ivy and the other gals mentioned above are all in the Dallas area - home of Scarby, and TRF is a good 3.5 hours away in the Houston area. There also are other Texas faires and who knows about guild presence in those locales ...

So have a blast - but don't spin your wheels too much trying to find the local madame on this trip!

I am not sure if you have been watching the local 13, but several of us DFW people are are camping. Rae and Kae are coming down for this weakend and I know couple of the austin people are almost always there.

I-45 is the fastest way. Look for us under the saffron and black owl flag. We will be there. !
