Well, that's IT!!!! :augh::augh: My jeans are getting too tight to wear and I have had it with gaining weight! So, I've decided to finally make myself get healthier,watch the carbs,kick myself in the ass so I GO to the gym, go walking,ect..:workout:

I may need a few hugs and support when I wanna eat more chocolate than I'll allow myself,or feel too lazy to go to the gym...:pweeease:

I'll be joining you in that endeavor very soon. I plan to start the "getting moving" portion of the plan ASAP, but I just can't give up the Christmas cookies...so I'll tackle the "less chocolate" portion in about a month!
