Ok - My hormones have been really out of wack. My doctor has set me up with a specialist because we are trying to conceive. (I am actually waiting for the word that my body would prefer me to adopt.) While waiting to get into the specialist, I need to do something. I am not sleeping and I think I live on Midol - which has ALWAYS worked in the past. I have an extremely low tolerance for medication. My mood swings are rampant and I feel really sorry for my Rogue who has to be one of the most patient males on the planet. I am starting the excercise thing back up and already watch what I eat. I know apples are good as is plenty of water. I know that sleep would help, but the bladder nor the lower back pains will let that happen. I would say that my menstrual cycle is about to begin but it ended just a bit ago. Any other ideas on how to survive until the Doc's appointment in a week?

I would not post if I had any of my own.
Thank you for your help
Kae

That exercise may help with the back pain, also, topical analgesics, like aspercreme. Applying heat may help, too.

For sleep, Valerian root many be helpful, or sleepytime tea.

Hope this helps!
