WoW sig woe :(

also, for the first time in...god knows how long, it seems that people are encountering server queues again :(

I sypathize... I'm a lvl 50 now and I'm sad that my sig hasn't updated...
and the wait queues suck, but I'll usually just go and try a different server since I have toons on four different ones. I prefer to play my main though....

I 've been pouting about the sigs... I'm a level 32 now amd my strength and kills have upped. ::pout::

But I haven't had any server problems at all, I haven't even been glitching from too much traffic or anything. It gets a little nutty in stormwind sometimes, but that's everywhere...

I've been adding a note to my sig. I've been working hard on leveling so I can raid with my guild and I want it to show.

As for queues, the other night I was over 300! I've been logging in and going to wash my hair while I wait.

Speaking of Servers, what ever happened to the wenches that were going to play on Cenarius? I made a toon, (Amethystle) and have been checking it, but have not seen anyone that said they were going to make toons on that server at all. **makes pouty face** So I've been back to playing on Stormrage and Aeries Peak.

I made one, a night elf hunter, the name's Geillie. I was wondering if anyone was playing on there too. I might make a new toon though because I'm not really liking being a hunter, which would be why I'm only lvl 7 or 8 on there.... I'll wait until I have a pet and then decide if I like it or not. I'm not on there too often though because, like BronxGirl, I've been working hard to level my main so I can raid with my guild.

This is why I left WOW. I loved playing and my whole family was in on it, but we kept getting kicked off. It is really frustrating to sign on like a dozen times and each time get kicked off in a few seconds. I decided that it wasn't worth the nearly $90 I was paying to not be able to play.

I've had to wait to get on, but have never gotten kicked of unless I left it idle for a good lenth of time. The only time I get "kicked off" is when my connection drops, but that's an internet issue, not a game issue. I wonder why you were getting kicked...

Got my main up to 60 on Storm, and I'm in a great guild (Order of Chaos; bunch of us from Asheron's Call and Asheron's Call II in the guild, as well as several RL friends) so good there. Naw, I meant the discussion seemed to be going towards having an all wench guild in Cenarius, which is why I made a toon there. But with the holidays and all, nobody was playing. Now that things are slowing down, and except for Arizona and Florida, fair season is pretty dead, so we all can play indoors a little more.

it can sometimes be something as innocuous as a bum router. when we xsferred ourselves over to Bronzebear, the bf and I were having serious disconn issues - but no one else! Once we'd reset the router and some other issues with our provider were fixed, it resolved itself.

not saying that you didn't check the router, but the tech forums are filled with discon issues and there are multiple fixes you can work thru to see if any of them are the issue.

it sucks to have to quit a game you enjoy b/c the technology won't cooperate!!

I wish they'd fix this armory issue... my bf looks me up when he's in the AH looking for cool new stuff for me. I recently got "The Shoveler" which is an awesome blue weapon. Basically, it's a shovel. It's a two handed mace though. I prefer two one handed swords or a two handed axe.

Anyway, I wish they'd fix it! Then my sig would say that I'm level 34 now! Grrr...

Okay, so I just checked and they fixed the sig thing... You have to create a new one and it'll be fine. Apparently, Blizzard saw the amount of traffic accessing the armory and shut them out. They explained that they were legit, and they're back on.

So, if you haven't yet, re-create your sig and all will be right with the world.

I was getting that too, turned out I was typing "CricketWench" instead of "Cricketwench". Apparently, it's case sensitive.
