I suppose he's trying to make up and say he's sorry for calling our president a 'devil' and calling for his desruction while speaking on the floor of the UN.

Not me. I'd rather freeze than take Chavez's tainted oil.

Chavez is trying to up his "humanitarian" quotient so his own people will stop trying to overthrow him. He wants global political support (other than Castro and Cuba) for his regime so he'll do anything to do it. Funny thing is, the winter hasn't been that bad so far this year.......

You know what? I live in one of the "eligible" states. I just got hit with a bill for $465 for just over 100 gallons of heating oil. If I had a "family" I would be eligible and then some for the free oil. I would take it, I don't care if Satan was giving it out.

I keep my heat on 60 degrees, and have put plastic over all my windows, draft stoppers and strips around all my doors, ANYTHING to keep the heating bill down. Am scared to see what the next oil bill will be.

To be honest, I know the man is using it as a publicity stunt to sway public opinion...

however if someone has the choice of this or no heat because they can't afford oil? Shit, I'd rather they take it.
