Rock Band

Saturday night I was introduced to Rock Band. OOOHHHH I for see much trouble in the coming weekends.
We were waiting for the Cops to show up and shut us down.
It was a blast. My throat was destroyed by the time (4 hours) we called it a night. I thought the Wii was a blast. Rock Band was too cool.
Try it you won't be disapointed.

LOVE it! BUT....I HATE most of the songs. I hope they come out with other versions that have categories like the 70's or 80's, etc. I guess eventually we may unlock a bunch of songs and there will be better stuff to choose from, but right now there are very few I really like on the opening list.

I think the plan is to be able to eventually download tons of songs online.

I'm not crazy about a lot of them either although there are a few cool ones I'd never heard before and which I've since put on my ipod.

The game rules. I got it after playing Guitar Hero with my nieces over Thanksgiving. Once I heard Rock Band was the same but you could play the drums...I had to get it.

I told my brother I was going to get it for the girls so we could jam together over Xbox Live...but he wasn't too thrilled with that idea.

I thought my friend (who bought the game) said that some downloads are already available. Like $2 - $3 a song. He has the PS3. We aer just waiting to get another guitar to add a bass into the mix. ::band::

Haha, I played this at the EA/Mythic Christmas party. Did you know they have an addition to Rock Band that puts out lights and smog during your performances? Hillarious.
