I have a bit of a question for you guys

I have been getting these head aches well they are more like flash migranes and they have gotten worse since I have had Little Bit. I think that they are from not drinking enough water. But they are scaring me because they get really bad. So I was wondering what you guys think, is it more dehydaration or am I being silly?

Might want to have your eyes checked. Co-worker had to have her perscription change each time she gave birth.

I agree with Capt. I get nasty headaches when I need my prescription changed.

Also, drink more! I know it can be hard sometimes but drink more. Water is great, of course, but gatorade is good too, vitawater, anything like that. Just drink more! Dehydration is no joke, and it does cause QUITE the headache...

It could be a combination of eyes, dehydration and hormones being floofy after giving birth.

Whatever it may be, check with your doctor. It may be something entirely different.

And yeah, DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

Back in the '60s I worked summers on the Pepsi production line and drank the soda right off the line. I started getting headaches until I switched to sugar-free. I don't know if they actually used sugar in those days or they were using high-fructose corn syrup like they do now but if you use a lot of either of those sweeteners you might want to switch.

Artificial sweeteners do cause me migraines, (so I use Splenda which is great for me!) also, caffeine is a baddie for me. I know I will get a bad headache if I don't drink enough and if I wait too long to eat something.

I would definitely bring this up with your doctor though, it could be caused by something as simple as a medication you have been taking for a long time that you didn't have this side effect to before the baby but do now or by something you would never have imagined.
