Arizona?

I'm *trying* very hard to get my husband to agree to go to Arizona for our anniversary next month. I know it's terrible, but I plan all my vacations around Faires, even my anniversary! :)

He's on a teaching contract til mid-Feb, so I don't even know specifically when we might be down there, but we'll need to fly in to Phoenix as opposed to Tucson just because of the fare differences.

So, a few questions....
1.) Who all are Arizona wenches?
2.) Is there a hostel?
3.) Is there a Rogue's hostel-type-equivalent ( Tavern?!)?
4.) We would be down there for about a week.... what does a wench do when she's in Phoenix for most of that week? (Other than majorly enjoy the drive to and from Phoenix & Tucson.....)

When I went to Arizona Faire, we stayed about 10 miles away from the faire at this nice little mom and pop motel. I don't recall the faire being anywhere near Tuscon....we flew into Phoenix, which wasn't a tremendous drive from Apache Junction from what I remember. As for things to do in the area.....not much. :lol:
