Again anothe reason to clean the gene pool. Too bad they were able to breed and then kill their own child.

Wait, parents aren't supposed to tie their kids to a tree? Then what should they have done to correctify his bad behavior???

You have to wonder about the kids that deal with this crap their whole lives and live through it. God help them and their own children. How sad for this poor boy that he was born to cruel idiots.

You can't tell me nobody else in the extended family knew this was going on. They're all to blame for this death if you ask me.

Oh my! I agree that someone must have seen/heard SOMETHING with this child. School, a neighbor, a relative? What a shame.

My grandmother used to tie my Dad to a tree when he was little, by a HARNESS with a rope. She said he used to wander away down the street if she didn't. I guess she was too busy to watch all the time, but she sure didn't leave him out there all day/night. I know you can't do that in this day and age, this was back in the 1930's. But sounds like this was something TOTALLY different!

My Mom & I were talking about this the other day. She mentioned that I had tied my Brother to a tree and other items when I was younger. Mind you it was because my Brother drove me nuts as a kid. He's 5 years my Jr and I wanted to left alone & he wanted to follow me around everywhere. Didn't help much when he started walking by 7 months of age and looked like a 3 y.o. on his 1st Birthday. He always managed to untie himself I I always looked for better items to tie him up with. Mom finally told me that I had to stop.

As a child I knew that I shouldn't because my Mom & Dad said not too. That didn't stop me from doing it though. I didn't understand that it was WRONG (morally) to do something like that. I just knew that it was BAD 'cause it would get me a spanking.
As an ADULT I can now understand and appreciate the difference between WRONG & RIGHT and these "People" should as well. There is NO reason to TIE a child to anything. Children are not animals that can be leashed to a tie down or a tree if they behave badly. There are other options and alternatives to punishing a child for misbehaving.
I'm wondering if the autopsy report is going to show what caused the boy's death.

My Prayers are with the remaining children.
