On the news today, they said that people in San Diego, CA are going across the border (16 miles) into Baja California to Tijuana to get gas at 2.00+ a gallon. Even though they have to sometimes wait in line with their car idling to get back across the border, they are saying it is worth it. Take a Sunday drive, have lunch and come home. Now how friggin' sad is that?

It's something that they've been working on since the last 'oil' crises from back in the 1970's. It’s taken them 20 to 25 years to get this all in place.
Our politician’s philosophy, don’t drill or mine for it here at home, let’s tax the import and tax the sale and make money which we’ll waste on something.

I work with a guy that has a natural gas car. Sure 2 bucks a gallon but the stations are far and few between and if you try to get a hookup at your house it costs lots of $$$$$$$
