Yes. The sculptor had to make each piece of the monument. (Though I am cringing a bit at ,while laughing a great deal, at the enema bulb. I also admit that when I first saw it, I thought it was a suction bulb like the ones you use on infants.) This took talent and skill to achieve. Nothing at all like deep frying some fabric.
I can actually see this being given as an award to doctors like the article suggested. Dear, I have just won the Golden Enema award. *rotfl*
I think it is great that they found something quirky to possibly represent their area. )The area has numerous resorts that give enemas with water from mineral springs.

It is very tongue in cheek type humor.
Not something I would want for my yard, but for the spa - it's pretty appropriate.

It may be appropriate, but I probably wouldn't want to utilize a spa that has immortalized the enema as it's claim to fame!

It already *is* its claim to fame.
The Caucasus Mountains region is known for dozens of spas where enemas with water from mineral springs are routinely administered to treat digestive and other complaints.
And I think it's a beautifully done piece of work.
Its not like they're showing some client 'in position' to receive the treatment. lol.

That's all well and good, I'm just saying that wouldn't be the "draw" that would intice ME to utilize a certain spa.
