FlaRF South - please help a bunch of minstrels?

Minstrosity has a chance to appear at FlaRF South. In an attempt to keep our costs down (and thus keep our bid down and be as kind to their budget as we can), is there anyone there who would be willing to house us? We do have to ask for no pets or smoking (Wendy's allergic, and I need her breathing and singing). But we bring our own bedding!

Contracts are on their way to me. Minstrosity *will* be at FlaRF S. Recommendations, possible crash space for any or all weekends, all of it will be welcome! And we'll be there for School Days, too.

Whoops ... hold that thought. Cost of travel there might prevent us showing up from at least part of the run. We started looking at air fares today, and while we can get the fares we were looking at (and bidding at), the travel times will cost me the day job, because on some weekends, I wouldn't get in the office until 10:00 or 11:00. And we don't do flex time.

Well I can't offer you my place (one bedroom apartment with a smoker and a cat). But I do know of a nice little BnB that is run by family. I know there are no pets there and smoking isn't allowed in the house either.

The only problem with this place is it's about a 45 minute trip to the site.

If this isnt good for you all, well, I can start poking around and see if someone might be willing to house you also.

Try and let us know what weekends as quick as ya can so that we can try and find you bunk space somewhere.

Well, the problem is that it doesn't look like we can go down to FlaRF(S) this year. Part of it is the cost of lodging, part of it is the cost of simply getting down there. It's too late in the year, too close to the time, to get cheap flights, and their budget doesn't allow for more than bare-bones costs. If "free" could be managed on crash space, we'd be okay. As it is, though...

And they only are booking full-run at this time. So we'd be down the full run or not at all. It looks like "not at all" this year.

We'll be trying again for next year, though.
