All of the highway signs this weekend (and this morning) have had a child abduction notice.
Unfortunately, they just found the body of a child in a vehicle on the city's west side. They are investigating now to see if it is Julian King (her nephew).

On even worse news, Chicago is well on it's way to a record number of murders for 2008. We have already surpassed New York and Los Angeles.

The police just confirmed they found the body of a boy in the Suburban they have been trying to find in the Hudson case.

The current working theory is that it was all over car payments.
Sister kicked her husband out for cheating.
He took the car and promised to make payments.
She found out that day that he hadn't and that her wages were being garnished for it. She called him.
He showed up with a gun.

Hell - even the loser's girlfriend won't confirm his "alibi".

Well apparently - he's spent like an 8-year stint in da Big House for attempted murder and something else. In June some lamebrain parole officer declined to recommend sending him back over a parole violation. Course - waddya do - when there are so many of this pudwad's ilk in too many segments of society.

I just think about Jennifer - beyond the obvious and unimaginable horror of losing her mother, brother and nephew to this lowlife - she has to live this out in the public eye because she worked so hard to make her dreams come true and remove herself from that environment like so many before her who come from modest or even pretty horrific circumstances.

To me it begs the larger question ... how is it that children in the same family, with pretty much the same circumstances turn out so very different? Why was her sister willing to settle for such a worthless slime and Jennifer pushes for something better? Course - I question the sincerity and ethics of her fiance - the guy who tried to woo that douchebag 'ho New York and now turns up as Hudson's fiance? Wonderin' who paid for the big bling ring and think I smell golddigger.

I guess the biggest question is - why are so many women so willing to settle for crumbs and so desperate that they hook up with horrible people just because they have a penis?

Because they feel they don't even have the crumbs. Finance problems, current immediate environment and mostly low self-esteem may cause someone to hook up with this type of lower than scumb "person".
