That shirt only comes in pink. But I'm sure I can find something else in red that would be appropriate.... ;-)

I find Clairol Nice n' Easy #s 110, 111, 112, 114, 116 are rather nice.
And who would DARE find fault with a redhead who uses the resources available to her?

Dude... after having listened to the Gypsy Song from The Blarney Brothers today, that statement just sounded WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.
(the gypsies used Mrs. Stein's hardwood floors to fuel their bonfire... and that's why Mrs. Stein don't rent to gypsies any more.)

I like their Perfect 10 Auburn, myself....my hair turned a very pretty red color.

Can't go red here. My hair won't take the color. Turns out sorta like the combination of Frenchie meets Strawberry Shortcake. That's a total No Go.
I'll just stick with the Blonde.

I have to go to the salon to make my hair red. The natural color is too dark (with more and more grey showing up) to do at home.
I did have red hair for a bit - actually a very pretty auburn, then it got too expensive to keep up and I just went back to dark brown.
I keep hemming and hawing about it though....

I also need to go to hte salon to get mine done... dark brown, almost black hair. My pirate keeps pestering me to get it dyed now. I want to wait till closer to the wedding.

Red is a VERY difficult hair color to work with. It fades faster, but is a bitch to get ri of when you want to. My mum is a natural redhead...me...light blonde. Oddly enough I have been told my hair is strawberry blonde but I don't see it.

ZOMG! I ordered the pink... ::whistle::
What I can't believe is that anyone bothered to do this study....red is a very noticeable color. It's also known as a power color, because people are drawn to it and it is often presumed that a person wearing red is confident and in command because they are drawing attention to themselves by wearing the color red. It is often associated with love and sex (red hot sex anyone?), so obviously men would be drawn more to a woman wearing it. However, if the chick doesn't have the goods to back it up once they've grabbed the attention, then well I bet studies would show MAJOR disappointment amongst the men polled.

Oh, I have an easy solution for anyone who wants red hair, come live at MY HOUSE! I have iron in the water, it turns EVERYTHING it touches reddish/rust color, including MY HAIR! I used to have dirty blonde hair, until I moved here, now it's RED! *rotfl* I've had people ask me how I get the particular shade I have, it's very unique, that's for sure!

what i found interesting is that the men didn't rate the women any differently on intelligence or kindness or a few other traits they were asked about. the color red JUST seems to influence your "attractiveness". kinda interesting :)

Blondes make good girlfriends but brunettes are better wives
Gentlemen may prefer blondes, but they really want a brunette for a wife, according to research.
Fark's take on it was: "Blondes make better girlfriends, but brunettes make better wives. Redhead excluded to give the others a fair chance".
I concur. :-D
