Okay, there's going to be a Multiple Sclerosis walk on Sunday May 4th. I've got all the information. Here's just some basics.
May 4th
Walk sites in the following areas:
Passaic County (West Paterson)
Bergen County (Ridgewood)
Hudson County (Jersey City)
Morris County (Parsippany
Union County (Cranford)
Essex County (Upper Montclair)
Sussex County (Sparta)
4 people make up a team so even if we're all at different sites, we could probably muster up a few teams.
Walkin is not necessary, they need other people to do stuff like collect contributions, win prizes, serve refreshments... all that kind of stuff.
Plus, there are prizes for those who raise the most money. If we raise as little as 100 bucks, we get a T-shirt! Don't know about ya'll but I can't possibly own enough T-shirts!
So, here's the deal. If you're interested in participating, make it known. I will be happy to coordinate wtih NMSS (National Multiple Sclerosis Society) and get our teams set up and stuff. If enough are interested, we should gather and chat about what we want to do and all that. So, either post back or e-mail me privately if you wish at kathleenwiseman@yahoo.com
