Has anyone tried the Slim in 6 program?
Know anyone who has?

It's an exercise program... series of exercise videos. The people who have used it seem to be getting great results. They have before and after pictures on the site... pretty impressing.

I know I will be doing Pilates once I get the All Clear from my doctors... and am thinking about trying this program as well.

I've got it--have done it. It's a pretty good plan, IMHO. I'm probably a higher intermediate level exerciser. But, it did not give me the miracle results I had hoped for. There's no way I can follow the diet part of it--I like my beer too much :snarf: . I don't have much time right now, but if you've got any specific questions, I'll check back and try to help.

Back from my hair appointment  ...The tapes are kind of aerobic, but tone at the same time. One thing I thought of is this...if you have any trouble at all with your knees, this might not be the set for you. There's so much lunging and squatting! When I do either of the two more advanced tapes, my knees make such a grinding sound. On the other hand, I think my legs stay slimmer doing these tapes than when I squat with weights (Cathe) on my shoulders--the muscle builds more.
hth!

Squatting? Lunging? Drats! My knees have healed but no way would my hip allow for that. Phooey! And HubbyPirateRogue's knees have issues too.

Thank you for the info!

I love it. I am not a morning exerciser, and I can't seem to find time in the evening, but when I did use the program, I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks. I need to get back on it, I felt incredible while I was doing the program. I had more energy, not so tired, and I saw my tummy flattening, which was GREAT!
Let me know if you decide to get it! I will pony up and get back on it and we can compare...(I have always thought having someone else do it with you makes you work harder!)
However, it is hard on your needs as someone said before. My legs were killing me for the first few days....
