So I'm sick as a dog right now-- and I do mean that, as the puppy was extremely sick, too, the other day-- and I can't breathe properly. Thus, I haven't been to Curves in a week or more. Gah!

However, there is one bright, shining spot on my horizon: I broke down and went to the doctor Monday, and he took my blood pressure. The last time I got a look like that was when I was 19 and being put under to have my wisdom teeth out-- the nurse asked me if I was a runner or something, as apparently, my pressure was excellently low.

The doctor told me it was, I believe, 94 over 76. Something close to that. Thus began our discussion of Curves. But we agreed that as I don't jog or anything else, either it's Curves, or I'm secretly dead. I mean, it's always been low-- which is good, as I take entirely too much salt in my diet-- but this is good even for me. Woot!

Congratulations on the low blood pressure!

That sucks you being sick... and the puppy too.
Are you able to breath any easier? When I have a cold, I end up sniffing Vicks all day and doing steam treatments as I can. Hot water in a pot with my head under a towel with various essential oils or some of the Vick's steam stuff.
I hope you get to feeling better soon.
