Does anyone know where I can find solid steel boning?!? Not spiral steel, but the solid steel. I found it on some sewing supply website, and now I can't find it again! Isn't that always the way it goes? Any help would be fantastic!!!

I've gone to a lot of places, and they seem to be the best. So far, that is.

And yes, Mel, I SWEAR I will answer your email SOON!

Read the posts under the heading of "Dip It" you might find that you can make your own metal boning. As close at your nearest Home Depot. Very cheep too. :)

I visited the corsetmaking.com site as you suggested. That was the original site that I was looking for! I think I actually squealed with delight when the homepage showed up on my screen. I'm making a corset for my sister's wedding that's coming up. She bought some extra fabric from the bridal shop to match her dress, and it's going to be embroidered in light blue flowers allover with her wedding date sort of "hidden" in the design. Of course, I'll be completely blind when I'm finished with all this handwork! Thanks again for the help!!!!!!!!!!!
