My orthopedic surgeon has cleared me to join Curves. I just have to be careful about the between machine aerobics - they still have to be low impact if any impact. No use screwing up what took me 8 months to recover from!

You can make the aerobic bits as low-impact as you like--down to stepping in place as if you were on an easy stroll. :-)
