Woo! Awesome!
I gained 2 lbs, lost a half inch, and ignored the BF.
Considering the month I had had, maintaining is a good thing.

If you gained 2 pounds but LOST a half inch that means you gained muscle and lost fat. That is SUPER!! Also keep in mind that stress prevents you from losing weight. And if your BF commented on it, smack him! That's what I always do :singdanc:
Congratulations Holly, that is awesome!

:D
BF=body fat in this context, not boyfriend. And no, the Merc didn't make any comments. He knows better.
I don't trust the gadget that measures body fat--depending on whether you are hydrated or not, the thing gets different readings. Who knows if it's actually accurate, but as long as the numbers keep going down...
And I'll have to remember about the muscle thing. I get the feeling that might be a trnd for a while.
