Was anyone actually there this weekend? How did it go?

Was there for a bit Friday night (what a great group of folks!!) - and attended the faire on Saturday. Sorry to say the turnout was not what they deserved. Lots going on in this little burg - and the rain didn't help. I am extremely miffed with the local TV station that was a sponsor - so very little coverage. Last year, even in that rain, they had a crew out there for most of the day. I never saw one on Saturday at all.

I can't help but be very impressed with the huge effort Out of the Woodwork productions is going through to make this a success. I wish them all the luck!

I was there both days. My rouge is working this faire. I am there if needed as a nurse. Saturday there was a small turn out, sunday was much better. they had another news crew out on sunday, lot of good that did for that area. But lake anna should be much better. I hope to see more wenches there as well. I had a ball. I mean I had a great time. There were two scotts there that will remember me forever.

MVC

So much wenching for one wench to do, please come help me sister wenches. :!: :D

If y'all go again, please, for the love of Bob, buy stuff from Knightly Endeavors. You'll be helping put a roof over my head this season.

Not that I'm biased or anything.

I did a photo of the Knightly Endeavors booth sans Bob... hoping to catch a livelier one of the booth on Sat at Lake Anna. A white dress on cream colored tent doesn't pop much in a photo.

I'm trying to photograph the vendors and their wares (where allowed) to help in drumming up some business.

And yes, there, was a camerman/interviewer there on Sat.

Also, there was a Strawberry Festival, Chili Cook-off, two other events, and a college graduation occuring last weekend as well as VARF.
